Payment Policy

At Arosol, we offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options.

  • Prepaid orders must be paid in full before order processing.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected locations.
  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Arosol reserves the right to cancel COD orders in case of order verification failure.
  • We use secure and trusted payment gateways for prepaid payments.

Shipping Policy

Arosol aims to deliver products safely and on time.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location.
  • Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Replacement Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, product replacement is applicable only under the following conditions:

  • If the product is received damaged or broken.
  • If an incorrect product is delivered.
Important: Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or video proof. Replacement will not be processed for reasons other than damaged or incorrect products.
