Job description

Member of the management team, in designing and developing regional business plan & budgets.
• Develop scientific content for the brands
• Develop Marketing strategy for the effective product placement to gain market share
• Meeting and engaging the TOP KOL category wise and their management to drive business
• To analyse competitors strategy to identify opportunities/threats.
• To develop marketing plans for assigned products with detailed activities in co-ordination with
Marketing Head & Business Head.
• To ensure all collateral and promotional material are printed/purchased and dispatched on time and
within budget.
• To communicate during cycle meeting to the sales team on brand positioning and changes in
product information etc.
• To track the implementation of brand strategies through sales team by close monitoring of activities
in the field and ROI.
• To analyse ROI of marketing initiatives by tracking increase in number of prescription, increase in
revenue, and other indicators both from Internal audit process and external market surveys.
• Coordination with supply chain for timely supply of products across all section and liquidation of
near expiry inventory and monitoring FSO.
• Training the field force in Product launches, Cycle meetings & Training programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Dairy and Pet Division) for our corporate office- Dehradun.

Qualifications- BVSc & AH,*MVSc with *4-5 years of same line of Corporate Experience is preferred.

Job Description:*

Primary Responsibilities:

  • -Shall be overall responsible for driving marketing and technical activities to support sales team including below:

   1. Marketing Activities

  • Product marketing inputs and activity planning and execution for focused product groups – marketing research and Competitor insights.

   2. Product life cycle management

  • Workout marketing exercises for products as per PLC and to analyze the effectiveness of such exercises
  • To study product performance on routine basis & suggest proactive actions to be taken in daily interaction with sales team

   3. Field Technical Support

  • The candidate may have to travel every month to designated territories as per requirement to support sales
  • Shall closely work with sales team and help them resolve any technical issues with respect to products including farm related issues
  • Regular training to sale team about products, new concepts and upcoming products.

   4. New Product Development

  • Keep analyzing product portfolio of company time to time as per changing market needs and work on addition of new products on periodic basis
  • Generate complete market insight for a new product /Concept by understanding market potential
  • Contribute in technical insights for new product development along with Formulation team
